Step-by-Step Installation: Sandbox

  1. Log in to your production Salesforce org.
  2. Go to the Time Tracking AppExchange listing.
  3. Click Get it Now.
  4. Log in to the AppExchange using your production credentials.
  5. Choose Install in Sandbox.
  6. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Confirm and Install.
  7. Log in to your sandbox org.
  8. Click Install.
  9. Review security details and click Next until the Install button appears.
  10. Click Install.
  11. Select Install for All Users (recommended).
  12. Find Time Tracking in the App Launcher.

Step-by-Step Installation: Production

  1. Log in to your production Salesforce org.
  2. Go to the Time Tracking AppExchange listing.
  3. Ensure your Salesforce org is connected to your AppExchange account:
    • Click Settings.
    • Click Connected Accounts.
    • If not listed, connect your account.
  4. Click Get it Now.
  5. Log in to the AppExchange using your production credentials.
